Why We Do This

Founder Lisa Austin started Rock Personal Training after seeing how much exercise transformed her own confidence as a mum juggling work and family.


She knew the fitness industry needed more honesty. Less hype. More results. That’s why Rock was built, to give people over 40 a space to feel safe, supported, and properly coached.


We’re not the new gym on the block. We’ve been doing this for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people in Hitchin and Luton get stronger, healthier, and happier in their own skin.
